1. Controller

2. What we collect

At checkout: name, e-mail address and, when required by the payment provider, billing country. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment provider. On our websites: anonymous usage data (page views, device type, country) used to measure and improve the sites.

3. Why we use it

To deliver the purchased files, provide support, process refunds, send the transactional e-mails of your order, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis

Performance of a contract (delivering your purchase), legitimate interest (security, support, product improvement) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records), under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

5. Sharing

With payment providers, e-mail delivery services and hosting providers, strictly to perform the services above. Some providers may be located outside your country; we use providers with adequate safeguards.

Order records are kept for the period required by Brazilian tax and consumer law. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to the contact e-mail. We answer within 15 days.
