7-day guarantee

Every purchase of a digital product from Drizzy Corporation Ltda can be refunded within 7 (seven) days from the purchase date, for any reason, no questions asked.

How to request

Send an e-mail to contact@drizzyhub.online from the address used at checkout, with the order number or the product name. That is all. We confirm within one business day.

How it is paid

The full amount is returned to the original payment method. Depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the statement.

After 7 days

Requests after the guarantee period are analyzed case by case. If the files were never delivered or are defective, we always resend or refund.

Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please write to us: we refund faster than a dispute is processed.
