Terms of Sale and Use

Last updated: September 9, 2026 · Drizzy Corporation Ltda · CNPJ 64.966.694/0001-07

1. Who we are

These terms govern every purchase made on websites operated by Drizzy Corporation Ltda ("Drizzy", "we"), a limited company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 64.966.694/0001-07. Contact: contact@drizzyhub.online.

2. What you buy

Our products are digital: e-books, PDF guides and related printable materials. Nothing is shipped physically. After payment is confirmed you receive, at the e-mail address given at checkout, a link to download the files. The files are yours to keep on your own devices.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store card numbers. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by e-mail, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If the e-mail does not arrive within one hour, check the spam and promotions folders, then write to us and we will resend the files directly.

5. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 7-day, no-questions refund guarantee counted from the purchase date. See the Refund Policy for how to request it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. License

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the material for private use. Reselling, redistributing or publishing the files, in whole or in part, is not allowed.

7. Nature of the content

Our books are educational works about home cooking, traditional home care and daily routines. They contain no medical claims, do not diagnose or treat any condition and do not replace the advice of a qualified professional. Each guide carries this notice and a care section on every recipe.

8. Liability

We are liable for delivering the purchased files as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990). Consumers in other countries keep the mandatory protections of their own jurisdiction.
